Well, I've been working out for about a month straight now. I don't have a set routine, but it goes something like this:
Mon: Back muscles
Tues: Legs
Wed: Chest
Thurs: Arms
Fri: Back and Abs
Sat: Chest
not always in that order, subject to change. I'll start off with stretches then I'll do three sets of 10 sit-ups. Then for the run, I was doing about 20 to 30 min. on the treadmill, then I upgraded to the track and as of today I'm at A mile and a half in 15 min. Then, after all that, I'll sit in the sauna for about 10 min. and the steam room for about 3 min. then the jacuzzi for about 10 min. So, if your looking to get in shape try this routine. You have to keep at it for at least 30 days.
